Important information for skaters registering for test sessions:

***An "Authorization for Medical Treatment" form is required for each skater that tests.  This form must be on file with the HVFSC/Membership.  For outside skaters, this form must be on file with your Home Club in order for you to test.

***Special Requests:  We cannot accommodate each individual special need request.  If you have a special need or accommodation, please put that request in writing on the application; if any request can be honored, it must be made in writing to the Test Chair with the application two weeks before the test date. No requests after that date will be honored.

***Club Policy:  Please remember it is the policy of the Hudson Valley Figure Skating club not to refund any test fees once the deadline date has occurred.  Test schedules will be posted one week before the session.  If you sign your skater up for multiple tests that require that a lower level test be passed before the skater can test the upper level test, you do run the risk of losing the test fees you paid for upper level tests that were scheduled but couldn't be taken because the skater failed to pass the lower level test first.
